Refund and return policy

Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, no reason needed. Let us know by e-mail at jb.ferrandi@gmail.com, quoting your order number.

Return conditions. Bottles must be returned unopened, with capsules and labels intact, in their original case or equivalent packaging suitable for shipping wine, to: Clos U Suale, 45 Strada di a Chjesa, 20253 Patrimonio, France. Return shipping is at your expense unless the error is ours. We recommend a tracked, insured shipment.

Refund. We refund the returned bottles (and the original delivery cost for a full return) within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the payment method used for the order.

Breakage or damaged parcel. Report any broken bottle or damaged parcel within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the case and the bottles. We replace the bottles concerned or refund them in full, free of charge.

Corked or faulty wine. It can happen, even with the greatest care. Write to us with the name of the cuvée and, if possible, a photo: we will find a solution together.

Cellar pick-up. Orders collected at the cellar can be exchanged or refunded on site under the same conditions.
