Shipping policy

Areas served. We ship to mainland France and Corsica. For delivery to another country (European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom…), ask us for a quote: we confirm the price and formalities (excise duties) before any order.

Rates. Shipping is calculated by number of bottles at checkout: from €25 for a case of 6 bottles. The fuller the case, the cheaper each bottle is to ship: cases of 6 or 12 are the best value.

Packaging. Bottles travel in reinforced cases with individual dividers, designed for shipping wine.

Lead times. Orders are prepared at the cellar within 2 to 3 working days, then delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on destination. We do not ship during heatwaves or prolonged frost, to protect the wine; we will let you know of any delay. A tracking number is e-mailed to you on dispatch.

Receipt. A signature is required on delivery and ID may be requested: the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. If you are absent, the carrier leaves a notice. Check the parcel before signing and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.

Cellar pick-up. You can also collect your order free of charge at the cellar, 45 Strada di a Chjesa, 20253 Patrimonio, during opening hours. Choose "Cellar pick-up" when ordering.
